Certifications

The search for quality and continuous improvement has been present in FOBRIC from the very first moment. When the master lines of what would become FOBRIC were drawn, the best quality practices and the necessary certifications for its activity were already taken into account.
The organization is certified with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards, which reflect the effort made to guarantee the maximum quality in the processes and the maximum performance of the products, which in turn allows us to ensure customer satisfaction and reach high levels of excellence. The accumulated experience in the automotive industry, where customers have high standards, allowed us to obtain an outstanding level of quality and excellence, whatever the market in which the company operates.
Acknowledging that the reduction of incidences of non-conformities is directly linked to the way projects are studied in the initial phase, all APQPs are evaluated by a multidisciplinary team that performs the feasibility study and prepares the FMEA.
FOBRIC fosters a very close relationship with its suppliers, which allows the development of joint skills and consequently expands the Quality.

ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001 standard is the most widely used management system standard, constituting itself as an international reference for the Certification of Quality Management Systems. The adoption of a Quality Management System is, according to ISO 9001, a strategic decision of the Organization, that is, taken at the highest level of decision to serve a specific purpose and obtain results.

Through the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 we intend to systematize and make known to our customers the good practices of the organization. We purpose to extend the provision of engineering services to activities other than the automotive industry and to enable the identification of specific objectives and targets, in addition to allowing for an improvement in management control.

IATF 16949:2016

IATF 16949: 2016 (1st edition) represents an innovative document with a strong customer orientation and the inclusion of a series of client-specific prerequisites:

ISO / TS 16949 (1st edition) was originally created in 1999 by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to harmonize different assessment and certification systems around the world in the automotive supply chain. Other revisions were created (2nd edition in 2002 and 3rd edition in 2009) as required for automotive improvements or revisions to the ISO 9001 standard. ISO / TS 16949 (together with technical support publications developed by original equipment manufacturers [OEMs] and national automobile trade associations) have introduced a set of common techniques and methods for developing common automotive manufacturing products and processes around the world.

This standard represents our commitment with the automotive industry.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001:2015, the world reference for environmental management systems, was published on September 15, 2015. The certification of environmental management systems supported by the ISO 14001 reference standard is an essential tool for organizations that want to achieve greater trust on the part of customers, employees, the surrounding community and society, by demonstrating a voluntary commitment to continuous improvement of the performance.

ISO 14001 adopts the process approach, which incorporates the continuous improvement PDCA cycle, and integrates risk-based thinking and the life-cycle perspective.

This standard represents our commitment with the environment.
